School Breathe Programme

 

I am part of the leadership team for the www.schoolbreathe.com which is a new educational initiative for schools which provides over 40 breathwork and mindfulness techniques, in video and audio format, to help children learn effective and healthy ways to manage stress and anxiety.

During the Covid-19 Pandemic - I have been working with Schools virtually offering children relaxation and focused breathing techniques, pre-recorded and live. We have had fantastic feedback. Get in touch if you think your school and children would benefit.

The programme includes a full variety of scientifically proven techniques, including breath count exercises for improved concentration, breathing meditations to encourage a calmer state of mind and breath-led techniques to manage emotions, along with audio visualisations to help develop confidence.

The School Breathe programme can help both children and their teachers to feel more present and focused, thus enhancing both the learning and teaching experience. Your school can receive a weekly breath-focused online exercise to practice (all throughout the school year) accompanied by printable tips and advice to help you and your pupils integrate a breathwork into your school day.
